Coopinhal was born thanks to the initiative of a group of producers who believed in the importance of coffee for the economy of the city and the country. They are all small and medium-sized producers with land located in mountainous locations, at an altitude between 1,000 and 1,200 meters above sea level, with an average temperature of 23°C and annual rainfall of 1,400 mm concentrated between spring and autumn, conditions ideal for the production of quality coffee.
